Our Beginning
XCUBE Architects was formed and registered with Board of Architects, Singapore in 2007. We started our practice focusing on providing architectural services in residential housing, interior design and upgrading projects. In recent years, we have also expanded our capabilities into areas such as commercial, industrial and theming projects
Our Values
In XCUBE Architects, we believe that every project is a collaboration effort between the client, the consultants and the contractors. Our passion is to serve as the ‘Black Box’ of the project and ensure that all design and construction challenges ‘accumulate’ on the one end; and emerge in the other the architecture, the dream and the pride of the project.

Our Team Members
Jim Tan – Principal Architect
Jim is the founding principal and registered architect of XCUBE `Architects. He has more than 20 years of experience in the building industry and is also an avid technologist and data manager for the building practices.
In 2006, he was part of the project team implementing BIM to the Brunei government for Autodesk Consulting, transforming the organization from 2D practices to adopting BIM. In 2008, he is also part of the pilot team involved in BCA BIM e-submission, where he trained and guided the participating firm to adopts BIM e-submission in a 3 months program.
Jim has successfully contributed in at least 25 established constructions project in Singapore and overseas. He is also actively involved in community projects and has been regularly invited to speak about digital transformation for the built environment.
Seah Chin Kwang - Partner
Chin Kwang joined XCUBE Architects as Associate in 2019.
Being in the industry for more than 20 years, Chin Kwang has successfully completed projects both locally and overseas, especially in China. His global portfolio includes Fullerton Taipei Hotel, Crystal Jade Manila and Bangkok Indigo Hotel.
Chin Kwang is also well versed in the construction by-laws of Singapore and China.
He has delivered innovative design solutions in many projects and has always received satisfactory compliments from his clients and owners.
